‘They Are Still There’: Hostage Families Mark Second Rosh Hashanah Since October 7
As the hostages now approach their third Simchat Torah in Gaza, one family member expressed that the feeling of time standing still only grows stronger. The pain and uncertainty continue to weigh heavily on those waiting for their loved ones’ return.
On September 21, 2025, families of hostages held in Gaza, along with their supporters, gathered to protest outside the Prime Minister’s Residence in Jerusalem. They called urgently for the release of their loved ones, holding signs and voicing their demands for action.
