The Department of Homeland Security has issued a public statement as to why it’s been using popular gaming franchises such as Pokemon to promote its activities. Last month, the DHS put up a video which included the theme song from the Pokemon anime as well as some interstitial cuts from the show and mock-ups of trading cards for some ICE.
