A source revealed that PVR Inox is the distributor of the film *Thamma*, and notably, one of the top management employees of PVR Inox has now joined Team Thamma, heading the distribution efforts. Meanwhile, the *Deewaniyat* team has instructed all national chains to prioritize audience demand over any foul play involving leveraging relationships for better showcasing.

Both films are set to open for advance bookings on 17th October, and there is immense pressure on national chains to give preference to *Thamma*. According to reports, Dinesh Vijan and the senior former PVR Inox executive have requested 75 percent of the shows to be allocated to *Thamma*, leaving only 25 percent for *Deewaniyat*.

This situation is expected to lead to a battle between the two parties, with a high chance that bookings may start later than usual due to these ongoing disputes.
