Ken Pomeroy began songwriting at just 11 years old and released her debut album by the age of 15. Since then, her music has gained notable attention, with songs featured in the television series *Reservation Dogs* and the movie *Twister*.

More recently, the 23-year-old member of the Cherokee Nation released her sophomore album, *Cruel Joke*.
