Nice Sunday, multiple chances for rain next week

admin By admin 2025 年 10 月 25 日

We’ve got a beautiful Sunday on tap across Massachusetts, but a few chances for rain are heading our way early next week.

First, overnight will be a cold one! Morning lows will dip down into the 30s as skies become increasingly cloudy.

Sunday will be beautiful but definitely chilly, with mostly to partly sunny skies. After a cold start, highs will reach the low to mid 50s. If you’re headed to Foxborough for the Patriots game, make sure to dress warmly!

Monday doesn’t look too bad, either. Most areas should stay dry, but there is a chance for an isolated light shower or some sprinkles near the coast. Highs will be cool in the low 50s after another chilly morning in the 30s.

On Tuesday, expect just a slight chance for some isolated light rain showers. Otherwise, it will be breezy and mostly cloudy. Highs will reach the low 50s with morning lows in the upper 30s to low 40s.

Wednesday brings more opportunities for a couple of hit-or-miss showers, with highs in the low to mid 50s.

Looking ahead to Thursday through Saturday, things get a bit more complicated. We’re tracking our next potential storm system, but there is a lot of uncertainty in the forecast. Some models show rain beginning Thursday and ending by Friday (Halloween) morning, while others indicate rain lingering into Friday and through Saturday. Meanwhile, some models keep Thursday dry, with rain mainly arriving Friday into Saturday.

Timing will play a big role, as we are still several days away from this system. The disagreement among forecast models means this will be a challenging storm to track.

Stay tuned for updates as we get a clearer picture!
