Naftali Bennett to Impose Limit on Prime Minister’s Tenure if Elected

Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett is planning to introduce a law that would limit the tenure of the prime minister. This legislation is a key part of the stabilization plan for Israel that Bennett is currently formulating.

In a joint press conference held at the Israeli parliament in Jerusalem on June 20, 2022, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Foreign Minister Yair Lapid outlined some of their government’s priorities and upcoming initiatives.
