2. **Take on the side quest** that gives you a chance to capture Diancie.

### How to Catch Diancie

A brand-new side quest titled **“Shine Bright Like a Gemstone”** has been added to Pokémon Legends: Z-A as part of this promotion.

To start the quest:

– Meet up with Emma. She and Mimi will inform you about strange psychic energy in the area, which triggers the quest.
– Follow Mimi through Lumiose City. The adventure will eventually take you to a special zone where Diancie awaits.

Diancie will be flanked by two Carbinks, so be ready to battle them or even catch one if you’d like. Make sure to prepare well for the battle and have enough Poké Balls and healing items to safely catch Diancie.

### How to Get Mega Diancie

Once you’ve caught Diancie, you can Mega Evolve it right away. Simply use the Mystery Gift system to claim the **Diancite Stone**—the key item required for Mega Evolution.
