Hi, everyone, and thank you so much to the JPMorgan team for hosting us.

2025 was a tremendous year for pediatric care, and an exceptional year for GeneDx. Earlier this week, we reported that we achieved more than 30% growth in both volume and revenue. We maintained strong financial performance with gross margins exceeding 70%, delivering $427 million in revenue for the year. All of this was accomplished while remaining a profitable and thriving company.

Looking ahead, we also announced our guidance and outlook for 2026, which includes another year of outstanding growth. We are committed to serving an ever-growing group of patients and families with great care and purpose every single day.

I want to start by sharing a story to help you truly appreciate the problem we are solving. This story involves three hospitalizations, two surgeries, and one test that changed the course of health care for a beautiful little girl named Leila.
