MANILA, Philippines — Fintech Alliance Philippines announced in a statement that it has formally terminated the membership of Digido Finance Corp., effective immediately.

The nonprofit organization revealed that its board of trustees reached this decision following an internal review. The review confirmed multiple serious violations of the Alliance’s Code of Ethics.

Among the violations identified were deceptive and unethical practices, which led to the termination of Digido Finance Corp.’s membership with the Alliance.
