City motorist caught driving while disqualified on M4 – In the Dock

**Court Cases and Sentencing Updates**

**Samuel Gregory**, 31, of Kinsbourne Rise, Thornhill, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified on the M4 at Newport, Gwent, on July 4, 2025. He also admitted to driving without insurance and possession of a controlled Class B drug. He has been remanded on unconditional bail until October 8, 2025.

**Dariusz Serej**, 46, of Northam Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour in Southampton on June 14, 2025. He was handed a community order and fined £461, with £85 in costs. Additionally, he pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled Class B drug at West End and received a community order for this offence.

**Cieron Williams**, 21, of Ivy Dene, Southampton, pleaded guilty to harassment in Southampton. He was ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £114 victim services surcharge. Williams was also given a community order, which includes a requirement to complete 100 hours of unpaid work.

**Connor Matthews**, 28, of Linacre Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing cans of Red Bull valued at £6 from One Stop in Southampton in July 2025. He was ordered to pay £6 in compensation.

**Keiron O’Reilly**, 26, of Bransbury Close, Southampton, pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm in Southampton on June 28, 2024. He was sentenced to 36 weeks in prison, suspended for two years, and ordered to pay £85 in costs.

**Stuart Baldock**, 38, of Languard Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching a non-molestation order in Southampton. He also admitted to failing to answer bail and has been remanded in custody until October 8.

**Billy Ridout**, 28, of The Mill Pond, Holbury, pleaded guilty to stealing groceries valued at £50 from the Co-op store in Holbury on August 11, 2025. He was ordered to pay £85 in costs and an £80 victim services surcharge. Ridout also pleaded guilty to stealing bank cards in Southampton and was fined £100.

**Ales Hajek**, 30, of St Augustine Road, Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving at Claypits Lane, Dibden, on December 20, 2024. He was banned from driving for 40 months and fined £200, with £85 in costs. He also pleaded guilty to driving without an MoT and driving without insurance, though no separate penalties were imposed for these offences.

**Mark Biggs**, 51, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing meat valued at £54 from Sainsbury’s in Salisbury on June 13, 2025. He was given a community order.
