**BYD Company Announces Largest Vehicle Recall Due to Safety Concerns**

BYD Company Limited (OTCPK: BYDDF) has announced its largest vehicle recall to date, affecting more than 115,000 cars. The recall is due to safety-related design and battery defects identified by China’s State Administration for Market Regulation.

As part of the recall plan, BYD has filed to recall 44,535 units so far, addressing critical safety concerns to ensure customer protection.
