Himanta Biswa Sarma declared a three-day state mourning till September 22 to honour late singer Zubeen Garg. All official celebrations stand cancelled, while his mortal remains will be brought to Guwahati for fans to pay tribute. Sarma also sought a detailed inquiry from the Singapore authorities over his death.
