Brennan, Page, and Strzok Subpoenaed
Federal prosecutors have subpoenaed former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI agent Peter Strzok, and former FBI lawyer Lisa Page on Friday.
Justice Department officials in Miami and Washington, D.C., are preparing to issue multiple grand jury subpoenas in a federal investigation led by U.S. Attorney Jason Reding Quiñones into Brennan, Fox News reported Thursday.
Fox News host Bret Baier announced on-air that a federal grand jury issued the subpoenas earlier in the day, citing law enforcement sources who said up to 30 more subpoenas could follow in the coming days.
“Fox News Digital is now reporting a federal grand jury has subpoenaed former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, as well as others. It is part of the Justice Department’s investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe. Sources say the trio were served with federal subpoenas today,” Baier said.
Fox News first reported in July 2025 that Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey were under federal investigation, and Thursday’s developments highlight an escalation in that probe.
While Comey faces trial in January, prosecutors are expected to present evidence against Brennan to a grand jury in South Florida, though he has not been indicted.
