MANILA, Philippines—The UAAP announced that it will further investigate an unusual incident that took place during the Season 88 men’s basketball tournament game between Adamson University and the University of the Philippines.

During the fourth quarter of their elimination-round matchup, the Adamson Soaring Falcons were left playing with only four players on the court following a substitution error.
