The ongoing legal saga between *Subnautica 2* publisher Krafton and former leaders of developer Unknown Worlds continues to unfold. Recent developments include a new filing from Krafton accusing these ex-leaders of misconduct in an effort to self-publish the upcoming *Subnautica 2*.

Two new legal filings from Krafton were recently made public, alleging that former Unknown Worlds leaders Max McGuire and Charlie Cleveland downloaded thousands of *Subnautica 2* files in June and July, shortly before their departure from the company. According to Krafton, only some of these documents have been returned.
