PHILLIPSBURG A man was hospitalized after a shooting in the village of Phillipsburg about a minute after midnight Saturday. Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a home at 50 W. Main St. at approximately 12: 01 a. m. Upon arrival deputies located a male with non-life-threatening injuries from a gunshot. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment. The shooting is being investigated by the Montgomery County Special Investigations Unit.
