‘Selling the OC’ Cast Season 4: Who’s New, Who Left and Who’s Returning?

Netflix’s “Selling the OC” has returned for Season 4 with major cast change-ups. Six cast members left after Season 3: Alex Rose, Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, Ali Harper, Sean Palmieri and Lauren Shortt. Who’s returning to “Selling the OC” after the seismic change-up? And who are the new agents joining the cast? Here’s what to know. Who’s New to ‘Selling the OC’ Season 4? Ashtyn Zerboni Ashtyn Zerboni is a 29-year-old agent who hails from Fresno, California. Four months pregnant at the time of filming, Ashtyn seems to be working non-stop, commuting between the Oppenheim Group’s San Diego and the Orange County offices. “I originally thought I would want to be a stay-at-home mom, being pregnant, but i just can’t stop working,” she says in the first episode’s confessional. Her daughter has since been born. Fiona Belle Fiona Belle is a 23-year-old Orange County native. A recent graduate of the University of California San Diego, she started her career at the Oppenheim Group office in San Diego, according to her Linkedin page. “I started my real estate career when I was 21 and I don’t think my age limits me in this industry,” she says in the season premiere. While Fiona doesn’t feel limited by her age, her fellow agents might not agree. “Fiona is a little bit of a newbie” Ashtyn says in a confessional. “I think that in a few years, maybe, Fiona could be a great real estate agent. When she has a couple more million-dollar listings under her belt, but we’ll see how she does.” Kaylee Ricciardi Kaylee Ricciardi has been in the real estate industry for 13 years, entering the scene through the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals’ luxury rental market, according to her O Group bio. The 35-year old agent says that “this niche has allowed me to create a network from celebrities to the biggest CEOs in the world.” Who’s Returning? Tyler Stanaland While Tyler has stayed within the Selling the OC family, he’s no longer a member of the Oppenheim Group after leaving almost two years ago. Now he’s working in the family business, which is also real estate. He tells the camera it’s the “best choice he’s ever made.” Brandi Marshall Brandi Marshall is all about her business, but is ready to dish out some good advice to the new women on the team. When Ashtyn brings up a rumor that she heard about Tyler, Brandi is quick to warn her. “Just watch the way you move,” she tells her. “That same way you found out that information, somebody could have something to say about you.” Alex Hall “A lot has changed within the last year and a half,” Alex says in the season premiere. “We lost a lot of soldiers.” Even with certain cast members gone, Alex is certain that the dramatic tone of the office will remain. “I’d like to say we got rid of some people and everything’s great and jolly and chipper, but it’s not, because we get rid of one and bring in another.” Plus Alex now has to come face-to-face with Tyler, who in her words, “Shut me out, broke my heart.” Polly Brindle Polly is back in the real estate market. She says she’s “wheeling, dealing,” and her “phone is blowing up the whole time with buyers.” In addition to her career forward attitude, she’s also trying to meet the one and the audience gets to join her on a date with a man named Luke. “Summer House” fans will recognize him as Luke Gulbranson from Seasons 4 and 5. Gio Helou Gio has been as the “self-proclaimed top dog of the OC” and he’s returning for another season of that same energy. “This year my goal is to change the game,” he says in his opening confessional. “And make sure the OC office becomes the highest grossing branch within the O Group brokerage.” He starts the season off strong with his competitive energy, flexing his “biggest listing to date.” Austin Victoria Austin the family man is back where we left him, but with one new member to his growing army at home. Austin and his wife, Lisa Victoria, welcomed son Aeson in 2024, joining older twin sisters Hazel and Lila. A brand new baby in the house is just one of the new pieces of the puzzle for Austin this season. He says he hasn’t seen Tyler in 18 months. “He cut me, and all of us out of his life after he left The O Group,” he says.
