### The $1 Trillion CEO Pay Package

Proposal 4 has attracted significant media attention in recent months as it would approve a $1 trillion pay package for Tesla CEO Elon Musk. The world’s richest man has been actively campaigning across the internet encouraging shareholders to vote in favor of Proposal 4.

Elon Musk claims this $1 trillion pay package is essential for controlling the robot army Tesla is building. He has also criticized Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Glass, Lewis & Co., labeling them “corporate terrorists.”
