Charley Hull was recently spotted honing her skills on the golf course, giving fans a glimpse of her practice routine during a short break from professional play. The English golfer shared a video on Instagram showing herself practicing at the driving range.

Her latest practice session follows an impressive season where she delivered strong performances in several big events. Hull finished runner-up at the AIG Women’s Open, won the Kroger Queen City Championship, and helped Team World secure third place at the 2025 Hanwha Lifeplus International Crown.

Alongside teammates Lydia Ko, Brooke Henderson, and Wei-Ling Hsu, Hull defeated Team Japan in the playoff round, earning a total of $257,000 for Team World with each player taking home $64,000.

Currently ranked No. 5 in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings, Hull has been one of the most consistent players on tour this season. However, she also faced a few setbacks earlier in the year, withdrawing from events due to injury issues.

### Charley Hull Opens Up About Ongoing Injury Struggles

Charley Hull has been battling through a series of injuries this season, from torn ligaments to back pain, but she has continued to compete strongly on the Tour.

Back in August, Hull underwent ankle surgery after tripping over a curb in the parking lot during the PIF London Championship. The fall completely tore a ligament and forced her to withdraw from the event. A few weeks later, she injured her back while lifting a box.

Despite the pain, Hull went on to finish tied for second at the AIG Women’s Open, just two strokes behind Miyu Yamashita.

In an interview with Golfweek on October 25, Hull explained how both injuries have made training nearly impossible. “I can’t do anything (at the gym) at the minute at all because of my ankle and my back,” she said.

Hull also revealed that she has spinal scoliosis, which puts extra strain on her back. “I’ve got spinal scoliosis. I’ve got a bend in my back that we didn’t know about,” she explained. She added that one joint has grown larger over time and developed cysts from years of wear.

Despite these setbacks, Hull has made 12 cuts in 14 starts this season, with three top-10 finishes—demonstrating remarkable resilience and determination.
