The 57-year-old revealed that after seeing himself on television, he realized he was “getting too chunky” and decided to take action with the help of weight-loss shots, RadarOnline.com reports.

Reflecting on his appearance during a reunion episode of *The Valley* from last season, Cohen admitted, “If you watch The Valley reunion from last season… I do not look my best, let me say that.” He continued, “It was after that that I was like, ‘I gotta get this together.’ But it was a great jump start, I feel great.”

As a father of two, Andy also noticed his clothes becoming tighter, confessing, “I couldn’t button my suits. It was bad.”

### Changes in Lifestyle and Regimen

The *Watch What Happens Live!* host clarified that his approach involves “microdosing” GLP-1 medications alongside significant lifestyle adjustments. “I’m just being so much more deliberate about what I put in my mouth,” he shared.

In addition to dietary changes, Cohen has ramped up his fitness routine: “I’m lifting heavier weights, and it’s been great.”

He also disclosed that his new regimen includes cutting out snacking and limiting alcohol consumption. “I am still drinking, but not crazy and perhaps most importantly, I’m not snacking after the craving [I get] after I drink,” Andy explained.
