Bollywood actor Siddharth Sharma has officially taken legal action against the producers of the upcoming film **Soorya**, citing intentional breaches of contractual obligations. Sharma announced via a formal statement on social media that a legal notice has been served to the film’s producers for failing to honor the terms of their pre-production agreement.

The highly anticipated film, which stars Sunny Deol, has now become the center of controversy following Sharma’s public revelation of his dispute. In his statement, the actor alleged that the producers—including Kamal Mukut, Soham Rockstar Entertainment, and Deepak Mukut—have continuously failed to meet the obligations laid out in his artist agreement.

“I have issued a formal legal notice against the producers for intentional and constant breach of contractual obligations under the Artist Agreement for the Hindi film ‘Soorya,’” Sharma wrote on Instagram. He also tagged several involved parties, including Zee Music Company and Zee Studios, bringing them into the conversation.

The legal notice reportedly cites specific provisions under Sections 37, 39, 73, and 74 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. This move indicates potential formal legal proceedings against the producers for their alleged actions.

Sharma emphasized that taking legal steps became necessary after repeated failures by the production house to address the concerns raised. According to his post, if the producers do not take corrective action, he intends to proceed with further formal legal measures.

The announcement has sparked significant speculation within the film industry, especially considering the high-profile nature of **Soorya** and its much-anticipated release under the banners of Zee Music Company and Zee Studios.
